what I already have

So, Elton and I have been thinking seriously about selling our house. It's been in the back of our minds for a while now. But last week while Elton was browsing houses up north he found an amazing deal - an over 4,000 sf home with 3 acres for $279 - plus it is gorgeous! So we've been trying to see what we could do to sell our place and get up there.
In the course of taking pictures I noticed something. While the new house may be a "dream house", this is what I already have: a beautiful oasis in the middle of a city. I showed Elton and we both agree that we're happy where we're at. We'd buy this house again any day. I'm delighted with what I already have!

Phew!! I am so glad! I mean not that a big beautiful house in Idaho wouldn't be cool for you guys, but I would be sad to see you go! I love your house, it is an oasis!

Your house has always been a favorite of ours. I can understand though how appealing more room would seem now that you are gaining another member of the family with lots more stuff!
i would be happy for you either way!

You have a very beautiful home. I have always admired your simplicty and nice way of life. More people need to live like this :) You have a beautiful way of life. And you don't need 4000 square feet. :) Seriously, why do people think they need more and more? We are never going to be satisified. I say this as we are getting a house built, but it is only 2500 sq. feet and we have 3 kids, plan to have more, and plan to stay there years. I think in UT (especially) everyone has to always have a new and bigger house- and it won't make us happy- just give us more stress and more to take are of and clean. :)
