note to self: draw the words on before you sew them!
framed "artwork"
an 18"mini quilt for the wall or table
(any ideas for embellishment? would buttons around the heart look alright?)
I really don't know how I found time to do these this year, but it feels so good to accomplish something! I've been wanting to make things for the holidays for a while now. We'll see if I get anything done for St. Patrick's Day....

Yesterday was one of those days where I just sat and held and comforted my baby all day long. I don't even remember having time to go to the bathroom or do dishes or anything other than hold, bounce, and love John. We drove up to Idaho on Monday for a funeral, then returned home on Tuesday. All the driving and visiting was too much for the little guy. Lucky for me, he's doing better today so I get to catch up from the weekend and our quick trip. I can hardly believe it's Thursday already and March is almost here!

life with a baby is so much different than life with a toddler, isn't it?
i guess we just have to resign ourselves to un-productivity for a good few years.
but i must say you amaze me with your ability to accomplish things with a newborn and a crazy little toddler!
Wow! Your crafts look great.
